The Future of Pharma Customer Engagement: Conversational AI
Pharma websites remain one of the primary endpoints for billions of dollars spent on DTC and HCP marketing every year. Yet, the brand.com experience has remained largely the same for decades, powered by a tired and frustrating search and scroll experience, rather than the ask and answer cadence demanded by the modern consumer.
